Civil Engineer The Position Civil/Environmental Engineer with 3-8 years of design experience to join our land development team. This position will support all key areas of our firm’s site planning and land development related services. Responsibilities include design, analysis, construction inspection, development of detailed construction plans, equipment selection, preparation of reports and specifications. Experience with land development, site design, stormwater management, and / or Hydraulics and Hydrology is desirable. This is a growth position where the successful candidate will be afforded an opportunity to have a leadership role within the firm. The Candidate The key skills and qualities for this position include: Well organized and self-motivated to work in a team-based environment. Strong design, writing and communication skills. General Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Familiarity with understanding municipal and agency regulations. Regional work experience in New York or Connecticut.
